This position will be based in our Uniondale, NY office located in a business and educational hub of Long Island. Job duties shall be but not limited to writing and coding logical and physical database access descriptions and specify identifiers of database management system or direct others in coding descriptions; designing, developing and modifying existing databases and database management system; testing and implementing data models, correcting errors and making necessary modifications; responsible for database accessibility, database performance and capacity issues and data replication; specify users and user access levels for each segment of database; planning, coordinating and implementing security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering.
