    Job Description:

    The EDI Systems Analyst will be proactive, hands-on, detail oriented, flexible, and eager to learn new technologies while maintaining excellence in all aspects of their work. This dynamic position includes EDI Analysis, Testing, Quality Assurance, and working closely with development and other internal teams.


    Candidates will be responsible for:

    • Analyzing, reviewing and interpreting EDI guides, functional specifications, and design documents to identify incremental regulatory changes and evolving business requirements
    • Working directly with developers, and end-user groups to ensure software functionality and technical design requirements are met
    • Testing changes to EDI translation software to validate changes, providing Quality Assurance on all applications and processes
    • Dynamically scale QA processes to best suit the needs of each project
    • Researching and translating customer requests into different categories of work i.e. training requests, system enhancements, system requests, etc.
    • Escalate customer requests to the accurate department for request resolution
    • Attending EDI Working Group review calls is a plus
    • Generating ad hoc SQL reports and analysis is a plus


    Candidates must possess:

    • Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
    • 1 year of experience in SQL or writing and running queries
    • 3+ years MS Office experience
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Customer Service oriented individual dedicated to superior service
    • Ability to adapt to fast pace environment with changing priorities
    • Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbal and written
    • Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, presentation and reporting skills
    • Knowledge of .Net (VB /C#) and XML are a plus
