    Job Description:

    The Product Specialist/Marketing Analyst partners with clients to provide specialized knowledge of our products and services. This dynamic representative will act as an ambassador of our services by training our clients on how to best utilize them.


    Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide system/product demonstrations for prospective clients
    • Provide training and support for existing clients on an as-needed basis
    • Assist in training internal resources on new system functionality
    • Work closely with Vice President of Sales and Marketing for updates to marketing material, sales presentations, and public relations-related collateral
    • Assist in planning and coordination for conferences, tradeshows, and internal sales events


    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Background in developing marketing collateral and material a plus
    • Ability to travel domestically when required for sales/training presentations or conferences
    • Must be a team player and capable of multi-tasking and working several complex and diverse tasks with near simultaneous deadlines
    • Must be well organized, reliable and conscientious
