Utiliforecast provides hourly load information to the ISO (Independent System Operator) on behalf of the EM (Energy Marketer). Load profiles, customer enrollment information and energy usage data forms an integral part of the service. EC Infosystems offers the load forecasting service at ISO defined intervals.
