Job Description
We are looking for Salespeople / Recruiters to develop new prospects and support the company's customer base for maintaining and growing the company's overall revenue. Responsibilities include IT Recruiting, Sales of technical resources and Sales of EDI services to companies.
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
. Recruiting IT resources.
. Sales support of new and established customers.
. Identifying and converting prospects into new customers
. Working in conjunction with Director Sales & Marketing
. Conducting organized and routine leads follow up activities.
Preferred candidates should have:
. Recruiting / Sales experience of 5+ years.
. Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively.
. Excellent Cold calling skills.
. Experience in MS Office.
. High Energy, go getter and a pro-active personality. Should be a self starter.
. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
